This is a community website for the Fallbrook property owners who live in Permanent Road Division (“PRD”) 13A.
We thought we had County-funded and maintained roads.

Our concerns are about road maintenance and the impact to our property tax bills.
San Diego County is proposing a per-parcel property tax increase of up to $1,786/annually for each property owner to support the $6.8 million they say is now needed to repair PRD13A’s 5.77 miles of roadways
